1. Company registration with a high street bank; bank account where the director of the company must visit Germany for 1 day…..ONLY 3900 EUR!!!

2. Company registration with online bank account – all remotely…4900 EUR!!! Note: this option is not available for US residents.

3. Purchase of the shelf company – this is the fastest option. Can be done remotely if your choice is an account with an online bank.  Travel is a must if a chosen bank account is in one of German high street banks….6400 EUR!!!!


Employing in Germany

If you are in need to employ a German resident in Germany and you have a company in any other country, we can register your foreign company in Germany as a non-resident employer. In this case, you don’t have to visit Germany. The process takes 2 weeks. The price is 500 EUR!

After that, you will need an employment contract. We can assist with that too and we can set up employment and provide monthly payroll services. All remotely!
