Croatia

One of the rare countries where we can register a company and open a bank account remotely. Yes, with PoA given to our lawyer, we can do that. The tax system would be similar to German.

Croatia is mostly known for tourism. It is called a country with 1000 islands. Dubrovnik is the most visited city in Croatia in a year. Croatia has the highest number of UNESCO Intangible Goods of any European country. It is also famous for football, Tesla, Rimac cars – the worlds fastest electric car, Games of Thrones.  The smallest town in the world ‘Hum’ is in Croatia. It’s a country with more hours of sunshine than Sydney. The biggest truffle in the world is growing there. Some of the products invented by Croatians: torpedo, a pen, necktie. Croatia is a small country, but with the diversity of mountains and the position it held, it has 3 different climates.

When it comes to economy, Croatia is having a small growth, which is expected to be better in a short period of time. Interesting is that tourism is always in growth.  Croatia is expected to enter the Schengen area by 2020.
